Paul Emmanuel is a singer/songwriter based in Northwest Florida. His first single titled I’m Not Letting Go was released in 2020. While living on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Paul feels right at home surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina.
